Asus Z99SC Review

NotebookReview.com posted a review of the Asus Z99SC today. It’s not a top gaming laptop but might do for some light gaming outside the office. Here’s the conclusion of their review:

… its more a business orientated laptop, with excellent connectivity options but can also be used for some light gaming or movies, just be sure to use some headphones or external speakers due to the poor onboard speakers and don’t be too far from a power socket.

Welcome To Top Gaming Laptops

Welcome to Top Gaming Laptops. I’ve recently spent some time looking for a new laptop computer which can play the latest games, it turned out to be more of a challenge than I expected. While most computer magazines do nowadays consider the ability of the laptops they review to play games, by the nature of a printed magazine they are often not up-to-date with the latest versions of the hardware.

Being a techie though I don’t just want a bog standard model, I want to be able to customise it - I don’t like widescreen displays for example and I want a hard drive that’s faster that 5,400rpm. Finding out which vendors offer this level of customisation takes time, time that could be better spent working on my business or playing games!

So to save you time looking for the best gaming laptop for you, I’m putting together this blog which will review the latest hardware, explain the jargon and provide links to the best manufactures of gaming laptops.
